The Inter Miami coach is keen to continue to build momentum for Messi and his side and believes more minutes for the Argentine superstar will only be beneficial. The Herons celebrated winning the MLS Supporter's Shield on Wednesday night, but their season is far from over. With Martino eyeing a points record, Messi is not due a rest anytime soon.

Speaking ahead of the clash with Toronto, Martino said: "We understand that accumulating minutes is putting him in rhythm and that is happening, it is not a question of him accumulating fatigue."
