Christian Pulisic is set to reunite with Tammy Abraham at AC Milan after the club agreed a deal to sign the ex-Chelsea star on loan.

Per Calciomercato, Abraham is set to move on loan to Roma from Milan as part of a deal that will see Saelemaekers go the other way on another short-term deal. It means the England striker will reunite with Christian Pulisic, with whom he played at Chelsea.

The two stars played together 44 times at Chelsea, combining for three goals, and will now be playing together at San Siro. Abraham has a solid record in Serie A and has scored 26 goals in 84 games in Italy's top-flight, but has battled chronic injury issues.
