Last month, Martial was ruled out of action for at least 10 weeks after he underwent groin surgery. The 2023-24 campaign has proved to be another disappointing one for the French player, who has appeared in 19 matches across all competitions but clocked only 629 minutes on the pitch. He has scored twice and provided as many assists.
